HOUSE RULES
These rules are in place to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents and guests. Thank you for doing your part!
RESPECT EACH OTHER
Treat all residents, staff, and guests with kindness, respect, and consideration. No bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated.
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
No illegal drugs, alcohol, or paraphernalia are allowed anywhere on the property. This includes common areas, private rooms, and the surrounding grounds.
NO VIOLENCE OR THREATS
Violence, threats, or any form of intimidation will not be tolerated. Any violations may result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and respect others' right to rest.
KEEP SPACES CLEAN
Keep your room and common areas clean and tidy. Clean up after yourself and help maintain a comfortable living environment.
GUESTS & VISITORS
Visitors must be approved by management. Visiting hours are 10:00 AM — 9:00 PM. Overnight guests are not allowed.
NO SMOKING
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
FOLLOW STAFF INSTRUCTIONS
Follow all instructions and directions from staff. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action or termination of residency.
PAY RENT ON TIME
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in fees or termination of residency.
NO PROPERTY DAMAGE
Do not damage, destroy, or tamper with property. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Keep personal belongings in your room. Do not take or use anyone else's items without permission.
KITCHEN RULES
Label and date your food. Remove expired items. Clean up after cooking and do not leave dishes in the sink.
MAINTAIN HYGIENE
Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. Bathrooms and showers are to be kept clean for everyone.
PARKING RULES
Park in designated areas only. Do not block driveways or other vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
NO WEAPONS
No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. This includes knives, firearms, and replicas.
BE ACCOUNTABLE
Take responsibility for your actions. Repeated violations may result in removal from the program.
PRORATED RENT POLICY
If you move in on a date other than the 1st, your first month's rent will be prorated based on the number of days from your move-in date to the end of the month.
EXAMPLE
- Move-in date: June 15
- Monthly Rent: $950
- Total days in June: 30
- Days you will live in June: 16
Prorated Amount Due: $506.67
Prorated amount is due at move-in along with the deposit. Rent is due on the 1st of each month thereafter.
